Why go?
Le Brévent is the lift for a face-to-face with Mont Blanc, on the sunny side of the valley. A gondola leaves from the top of the centre to Planpraz, then a cable car climbs to the summit of Le Brévent.
With nearly 1,400 Google reviews at 4.7, it is one of the best-rated lifts in the valley.
Good to know
A pedestrian pays €25 return to Planpraz and €43 to the summit. The ski area runs from 12 December 2026 to 18 April 2027.
Our advice
The departure is within walking distance of most hotels in the centre. Have lunch at La Bergerie de Planpraz or at Le Panoramic on the summit, and check the wind: in gusts, the summit cable car is the first to stop.
