The verdict

The Alpina is the high-capacity hotel of the centre: 128 rooms and 10 suites in contemporary architecture that towers over the rooftops. The upper floors offer views of Mont Blanc, Le Brévent and the Aiguilles Rouges.

Its Google rating of 4.2 from more than 1,500 reviews is decent without being remarkable. A September 2026 check showed it from €177.

On site

A spa, a restaurant and rooms in a reinterpreted mountain style. The hotel belongs to the Best Mont-Blanc group, which runs several hotels in the valley.

The pedestrian centre is on foot, but no gondola is at the foot of the hotel: Le Brévent remains the nearest lift.

Our advice

Ask for a high floor and state your preferred orientation: the view is the whole point of this tower. For a family, compare the suites with two separate bedrooms.
